🕒 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care devices or opened packaging cannot be returned, unless the item is defective


📦 How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label

  • Send you instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Important:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your item is defective

  • It was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item

We'll assess the issue and offer a solution — refund, replacement, or exchange.


🔁 Exchanges

Want to exchange your item?
The fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have (per the above process)

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
