2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


4. Will the product come with Azaler branding?

Some product images may include the Azaler watermark for branding. Final shipped products may arrive without branded packaging, depending on the supplier.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and more. Afterpay and other installment options may also be available.


7. Can I return or exchange my order?
